Very family friendly town home community. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff who organize wonderful community events. Large units with full basements and two car garages which is difficult to come by. Overall we are very pleased to call this home.

I have lived at Sterling Commons for almost two years, and have enjoyed every minute of it. This is well-maintained, quiet community that really takes care of the residents. The property manager is superb, and the maintenance is fast and efficient. The units are well insulated, and stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter without costing an arm and a leg. I would recommend Sterling Commons Townhomes to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable, tranquil place to live comfortably.
Spring Haven Is A Great Place To Live!
We have had our challenges of finding a new place to call home. It’s certainly safe to say that we have found our new home. Spring Haven is a wonderful place to live. The noise level is wonderful, so quiet. The staff Melanie and Gary are the BEST Our town home was well thought of. The design is just wonderful and I love that the washer and dryer is front loaded and it’s right next to my bedroom. If you’re looking a wonderful place to live, then you should come and check out Spring Haven. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.
Aberdeen Is Beautiful!
Where do I start? Everything I wanted in an apartment I got, from the fireplace to the attached garage and walk in closets. The staff is great, very friendly and attentive to my concerns. The upkeep of the buildings is nice as well. And the new landscaping is marvelous.
